ORDERING
The online store is open 24 hours a day. However, the customer service center works on business days from 8am to 5pm (Standard Time Zone: GMT/UTC + 02:00 hour). If you have any question you can leave your inquiry in our email box.

Press order and you will be asked to insert the data necessary for execution for your order as your name, delivery address and phone number.
Delivery costs will be calculated individually according to your delivery address and included to the final quote.The delivery fee is originally according to the shipping company. We do not take any profit.
You will be informed by e-mail with the details to make a secure payment. Your credit, debit card will be authorized and charged when your order is confirmed by us and will be refunded in the event of your order not being accepted.
Once you have placed an order you will receive the order confirmation by e-mail.
After the order is dispatched we will send you an e-mail with tracking information.
If you want to order only the segment/ component of the Oasis dome please contact us by e-mail.
DELIVERY
We provide worldwide delivery. Please allow us 4-6 weeks to manufacture and 4-12 business days to ship your order. Segment/ component of Oasis dome orders may take a shorter delivery time and will be agreed individually. Ready to ship items will be dispatched next business day. Please contact us by e-mail if you want to purchase your Oasis dome in the shorter time than 4-6 weeks. We will try our best to adjust the producing time frame. The shipping time frame and cost is fixed by shipping company and may vary according to the shipping company terms and conditions.
Shipping cost depends on the delivery pick up point. Delivery to the nearest logistic center/ International Airport is coordinated by shipping company which office is based in Lithuania. Local shipping from the nearest logistic center/ International Airport to the provided address is agreed by the individual needs. If shipping is needed from the nearest logistic center/ International Airport to the provided address, it will be arranged individual and coordinated by the local agents who are approved partners of the shipping company based in Lithuania.
Orders to European Union countries are shipped to on a DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) basis, where taxes and duties are included in the price shown at the checkout.
Orders to countries outside the European Union are shipped on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis and may be subjected to import duties and taxes. As the recipient, you are liable for all import duties and customs fees and payment of these may be necessary to release your order from customs on arrival.
Please make sure that delivery address you provide us is correct. We will not take responsibility for undelivered packages because the address given by the buyer is inaccurate.
REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES
Refunds and exchanges are available on items in perfect condition for 14 days after receiving. Please contact us and we will agree on exchange or refund. Return shipping and re-shipping fee is covered by a customer.
If you are not fully satisfied with your order, please contact us within 14 days after receiving your order and notify us the reason of return. We will send you a return authorization e-mail with further instructions.
Product replacement or refund is possible only if returned product is unused, undamaged, in perfect condition and with the original packaging. You will be asked to return the Oasis dome or segments/components of Oasis dome at your own expenses. Once the item is received by us we will send you an exchange or provide a refund minus initial postage charges within 30 days.
If the segments/ components of Oasis dome are faulty and do not match the order because of the seller fault please contact Oasis team via email order@oasisdome.eu within 48 hours from receiving and we will arrange replacement of the segments/ components of Oasis dome or issue refund. We will also refund your initial postage charges.
You must provide the original receipt along with your return. Any refund will be made only after we receive the item back. We cannot be held responsible for returned items that fail to reach us.
Oasis dome is not refundable if the noticeable defect do not have any effect for proper usage of Oasis dome.
The guarantee is accessible only if Oasis dome was exploited strictly by the recommended instruction.
The guarantee is not accessible if the product is damaged by mechanical abrasions.
All orders require a signature upon receipt. We will not refund postage charges for uncollected items.
CUSTOMER SERVICE
We provide you with the full assembly instruction of Oasis dome. Also if you need you will get a full support online on business days from 8am to 5pm or on the arranged time by individual needs. Oasis dome team can participate in the building process if needed in your residency as well. However you will be charged with the extra fee depending on your residency/ destination. You can contact us by e-mail with the request for the support at any time after you purchase your order.
WARRANTY
We give you 2 year warranty for all the segments and components of Oasis dome if it is used according to the assembly and terms of use.
If you damaged the segment/ component of Oasis dome at any time after the purchase we will provide you with the segments/components of Oasis dome in charge with the price. Price can be different from the original order.
